A vintage truck, a big dream, and a whole lot of flowers.
How It All Started
In Bloom started the way most good things do — with a passion that refused to stay quiet. What began as a love of arranging flowers for friends and family slowly grew into something bigger: a dream to bring fresh, joyful flowers directly to the people of Hampton Roads.
We found our little truck, gave her a little love, and filled her up with the most beautiful seasonal stems we could find. Now we roll through neighborhoods, farmers markets, and local events — bringing a little happiness to every stop.
Every bouquet is hand-arranged with care, using the freshest flowers sourced from local and regional growers whenever possible. We believe flowers aren't just pretty — they're a feeling. A moment of joy you can hold in your hands.
